Update, July 24, 2024: A cyclist has died following an incident in Warrnambool on Sunday.

It is believed the rider came off his bicycle near the corner of Dooley Street and St James Crescent about 10.40am on July 21, 2024.
The 63-year-old Warrnambool man was treated for serious injuries but has since died in hospital.
Victoria Police said an investigation into the circumstances remained ongoing.

Earlier, SUNDAY, JULY 21: Part of Dooley Street in Warrnambool is blocked off after an incident with a cyclist.
Ambulance Victoria paramedics, police and Fire Rescue Victoria are on scene.
Sergeant Pat Day, of Warrnambool police, said the incident occurred on Sunday, July 21.
Emergency crews remained on scene about 11.20am.
