Groovin the Moo will take place in six venues across Australia between April 25 - May 11.
Festivities will start on Anzac Day in Wayville, South Australia, followed by April 26 in Canberra and April 27 in Bendigo.
Musicians will then get a short break before heading to Newcastle on May 4, the Sunshine Coast on May 5 and rounding out in Bunbury on May 11.
It comes amid a change in the NSW venue from Maitland to Newcastle, with the new foreshore venue expected to attract up to 25,000 punters.
Festivals had been held at Maitland Showgrounds since 2006.
Organisers have confirmed the line-up for the 2024 event will drop "very soon".
The annual music festival, famous for being held in regional centres across the country, has been running since 2005.
The event took a two-year hiatus in 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
