Videos show farmers and bird owners trash-talking like street fighters and panning to show a flock of chickens that are "ready to rumble".
The chicken wars of 2023 are an opportunity for farmers to display the loyalty and swagger of their birds.
The social media trend is giving every chicken-owning Tiktoker a chance to make cockerel jokes including gags about big ones, small ones and the "growers not showers".
The trend's popularity has spread across countries and species with emu, pig and dog owners from around the world releasing their own chicken war submissions.
Australian fans were quick to put forward the magpie and the cassowary as our fiercest national birds. Birds which, unfortunately, aren't keen to jog in a pack.
One Aussie Tiktoker shows footage of two ibises fighting to Thunderstruck by AC/DC.
"People ask me if my chickens are free range," one chicken warrior said.
"They've got free range to waddle up and kick some ass," he said, panning to show his field of Rhode Island Whites.
