The video dropped overnight and it shows the Material Girl sitting around a table with other celebrities - including Diplo, Jack Black, Lil Wayne and Amy Schumer - as they play truth or dare.
The clip is a parody of Madonna's 1991 tour film Truth or Dare, and in this new clip she opts to take a dare.
She's asked to "tongue kiss Jack Black" and does so amid screams and whooping from those around the table.
"I am a different man," Black said after the kiss.
Madonna replies "Yeah, I am also a different man" and then laughs.
The almost five-minute long video culminates with Schumer "daring" Madonna to embark on a greatest hits tour.
"You think people would come to that show?" Madonna asks. "The answer is, f**k yeah."
