In a 55-second clip posted to Facebook, two baggage handlers in high-vis can be seen becoming increasingly rough with luggage coming off a conveyor belt, tossing it onto a truck.
At one point, a worker can be seen slamming a suitcase into a pile of luggage.
Other bags can be seen falling on the tarmac.
Traveller Mark Plaisted, who filmed the video at Karratha Airport in Western Australia, posted it online with a simple summation: "Oh dear. Ktown airport yesterday."
Last week, Qantas was labelled the 'Spirit of Disappointment' when it was awarded the top gong in the CHOICE 2022 Shonky Awards for poor customer service call wait times and difficulties for customers to accessing flight credit.
It has also come under fire recently for awarding chief executive officer Alan Joyce $4 million in share bonuses this week, on top of his salary of over $2 million.
ACM has contacted the airline for comment.
