The light-up toys contain button batteries which are not adequately secured.
"If young children gain access to button batteries and ingest them, they are likely to suffer severe internal burn injuries, which can result in serious injury or death," the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission warning said.
"Button batteries also pose a choking hazard to young children."
The toys were sold at agricultural shows across Western Australia in 2020 and 2021, and at Perth's Christmas Light Trail events in James Street during 2020-21.
The wands were also sold online.
Anyone who purchased the light-up toys should stop using the products immediately and keep them out of reach of children.
