The Bombers on Thursday unveiled former Camperdown leader Dan Casey as their new coach in a major coup for the rebuilding outfit.
Casey, a non-playing coach, will replace outgoing leader Adam Courtney.
The farm machinery salesman, who most recently coached Colac Imperials, said he was relishing the chance to return to coaching after a two-year break.
He said youth development would be a high priority and would employ a "ruthless" brand of footy.
"We like to move the footy quick and be pretty defensive as well. North Warrnambool and Koroit score heavily so that's something we'll have to look at," Casey said.
"With a young list, you want to move the footy as quickly as you can and glide across the ground and utilise that."
