A spokeswoman for Catholic Education Ballarat said the school would continue to follow Victorian Chief Health Officer (CHO) directives and public health orders, as will all Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL) schools.
"The health and safety of our students and staff is of the highest priority, and we can confirm that all DOBCEL schools are compliant with the CHO directions," she said.
"Vaccinations have been made a requirement of work for staff in our schools to help protect children, staff, and the wider community.
"As per the health advice, staff in our schools were required to have a first dose by October 18, or an appointment for a vaccination by October 25, with full vaccination required by November 29, unless a medical exemption applies.
"These are challenging times, and we must all pull together to keep our schools and communities as safe as possible."
There was one new case of COVID-19 identified in the south-west overnight, which is linked to the Moyne Shire cluster and is part of the same household of an existing case, South West Healthcare said on Tuesday. On Monday there were 159 tests completed at Camperdown's Leura Oval testing clinic, and 96 tests completed at the Warrnambool testing clinic.
Corangamite Mayor Ruth Gstrein praised the Camperdown and district community for coming together and getting test.
"Once again it's great to see the community coming out, getting tested and doing the right thing," she said. "The wonderful efforts of South West Healthcare, they've done a great job once again. And I thank the parents at St Pat's for getting tested.
"Once we have the easing of restrictions it's more than likely we're going to see this again and I just encourage people if they haven't had their vaccinations to get them done.
"Let's do as much as we possibly can to keep the community safe."

ST PATRICK'S Primary School in Camperdown will stay closed until Thursday after a Tier 1 COVID-19 exposure site was identified at the school.
The exposure site was identified by the Barwon South West Public Health Unit and was the grade one area at the school.
The exposure period is Wednesday, October 13 from 8am till 4pm.
A Facebook post from the school said all students would begin remote learning on Tuesday and Wednesday and onsite learning would return for grades prep, two, five and six on Thursday.
All grades, except grade one, would return on Friday as part of statewide easing of COVID-19 restrictions.
The school also thanked the community for its continued support and praised the efforts of South West Healthcare staff providing COVID-19 testing at Leura Oval.
This Tier 1 site identified relates to all children, teachers and other staff in the specific classroom between the designated hours on October 13.
The impacted people are those who were present in the grade one area during the listed times.
Anyone who attended this area should get tested. They should isolate immediately until tested and do not visit anywhere.
Those who attend a Tier 1 site should isolate for 14 days, regardless of the result or unless advised differently from the public health unit.
