A Warrnambool man charged over an alleged aggravated burglary at a residential property on Tuesday has been granted bail.

Ricky Wallace, 29, appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Wednesday where he made a successful bail application and was released from custody.
Police allege the man attended a property in Warrnambool's Queens Road about 6.40pm Tuesday and knocked on the door.
The male victim opened the front door but left the security chain on so it wouldn't completely open.
The court heard the victim recognised the accused, who then kicked the door, causing the security chain to break.
Mr Wallace allegedly entered the house, pushed the victim the the ground and began kicking and punching him to the right shoulder, causing immediate pain.
He allegedly accused the victim of hanging around his house and told him that he would kill him.
The accused man left the scene and the terrified victim pushed a couch up against the front door to prevent anyone from entering.
Police were called and they attended Mr Wallace property at 8.30pm but he wasn't home.
They returned some hours later and he was arrested, conveyed to Warrnambool police station, interviewed and charged with aggravated burglary, assault and bail offences.
At the time of the alleged offending, Mr Wallace was on bail for assault charges.
On Wednesday during a bail application, the court heard the man had strong family support, stable employment and that his pregnant partner was currently in labour.
Magistrate Jelena Popovic said there were significant delays in the court system and that many prisons were currently in 24-hour lockdown due to the spread of coronavirus.
"To describe the current conditions in custody as onerous is an understatement," she said.
"They're very difficult indeed."
The magistrate granted the man's bail application with strict conditions, including he comply with the Court Integrated Services Program.
Mr Wallace will appear in court again at a later date.
