More than three quarters of the states active 805 cases are in people under the age of 40.
As of Monday there were 170 infections in children aged under 10, 124 in 10 to 19-year-olds, 167 in 20 to 29-year-olds and 150 between 30 to 39.
The more dangerous and virulent Delta COVID-19 variant means those who are unvaccinated are 2.7 times more likely to be hospitalised with serious illness, Victoria's Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton said.
Latest data shows Warrnambool has the most fully vaccinated residents of Victoria's regional cities, with 43.7 per cent of the population inoculated against COVID-19.
All participating practices can be found through the COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Finder (through the COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility Checker), which will have rolling updates to show Pfizer points of presence over coming weeks as sites transition.
