The Power will front up without its star contingent of Melbourne-based players on Saturday due to the state capital's extended COVID-19 lockdown.
It's expected to impact the club's forward half in that Fraser and Mahony are two of the Warrnambool and District league's most damaging key forwards.
Jason Moloney - a star midfielder - is another trapped in Melbourne under lockdown rules.
We're seeing it as a positive as we're able to expose more players to the roles.

But Power coach Ben Walsh is confident returning cavalry in the form of Joel Dillon, Brad Johnson, Luke Justin and Henry Kenna will ease the burden on his men.
Walsh said he was "very happy" with the side his club was able to put on the park.
"We'll shuffle a few things (through the forward half of the ground). We've had players who've played those (forward) roles before," he said.
"We're seeing it as a positive as we're able to expose more players to the roles.
"We think we've got a few things up our sleeve."
