A DENNINGTON man is in a stable condition after he was injured in a skydiving accident on Friday.

The instructor, from Waurn Ponds, died at the scene and the Dennington man, aged 54, was flown to the Alfred Hospital in a critical condition.
Emergency services were called to the accident in Torquay shortly before 1pm.
The men were doing a tandem jump when they got into difficulty and crash-landed in a paddock on Fischer Street.
IN OTHER NEWS:
On Saturday a spokeswoman for the Alfred Hospital said the Dennington man was in a stable condition.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
