"Dear Parents,
"Following a threat made via text at about 3.20pm and discussing the situation with the Victorian Police, the decision was made to lock down the school to ensure the safety of the College community.
"The school remained in lock down until the alleged offender was found by police at his home address. When the situation was deemed safe at 3.50pm the lock down ceased.
"Thank you to all our community for understanding the situation.
"In light of the COVID situation, staff will be preparing students for a remote learning situation.
"This will involve ensuring that students understand how to access their classes via COMPASS and connecting with their teachers through ZOOM.
