Old Collegians skipper Eli Barker says having plenty of promising youngsters in the team is giving the Warriors' veterans great energy.
"It's been great, it's amazing to see these kids each week get better and better," he said.
"And realise that you don't have to have a brilliant game, you don't have to get thirty touches but you can have a really good moment.
"You could see that in the last quarter (on Saturday) - a lot of kids in a lot of one-on-ones."

The Warriors enjoyed an upset victory against South Rovers at Davidson Oval in Warrnambool and District league round seven.
Barker said the Warriors were adjusting to change this year after having 2020 off football because of the coronavirus pandemic.
"It has been a bit different," he said.
"A lot of the kids have come from that year off too in 2020, so a lot of them are 16 or 17 year olds missing a year and they're trying to come into senior football.
"The way they listen and improve is unreal and us old blokes are just trying to keep up, they're much too quick for us nowadays."
