Five Warrnambool homes to go under the hammer

Harris and Wood agent Danny Harris said the new buyer may be able to build a home that would take in views of Lady Bay.

The property is expected to fetch between $550,000 and $600,000.

"We're expecting a sale on Saturday," Mr Harris said.

The home will be auctioned at 11am.

Other homes up for grabs at Ray White auctions on Saturday include a three-bedroom house with two bathrooms in Glenview Drive.

The home would be great for a first-home buyer or investor and offers two living areas.

It also has a large alfresco area and a single lock-up garage.

It's expected to sell for between $400,000 and $440,000 and will also go under the hammer at 11am.

A three-bedroom home with an impressive outdoor living area in Russell Street, Dennington has a price range of between $390,000 and $420,000.

The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in robe and the property also boasts a double garage.

It will be auctioned at 2pm.

A spacious modern home with a price guide of $500,000 to $545,000 in Thackeray Drive will go under the hammer at 1pm.

It has blackwood flooring and a large outdoor entertaining area.

A four-bedroom home in Adriana Crescent will be auctioned at noon and is expected to fetch between $475,000 and $520,000. It has four bedrooms, two living areas and a large backyard.
