The Rebels edged out Tasmania Devils 4.5 (29) to 4.4 (28) in a hard-fought elimination final on Sunday.
"It was awesome considering they had flogged us the week before so it was a good win," coach David Loader said.
The Rebels mentor, who coaches both the under 19 boys and girls programs, said his side would be significantly boosted by the thrilling victory.
"We were massive underdogs and we think we have found a reasonable recipe to play in the game (against the Falcons) and we go in pretty confident with what we can do," he said.

"When you're massive underdogs, travel interstate and play someone on their home ground and get a result like that the girls will be full confidence that anything is possible."
Loader praised South Warrnambool export Stella Bridgewater in her role as a high forward.
"She used her speed to great effect and pressured and tackled to help keep it in our forward half. She played an important role," he said.
The Rebels will play the Falcons, who beat Dandenong Stingrays by 35 points, at Werribee's Avalon Airport Oval next Saturday.
Oakleigh Charges and Eastern Rangers will play for the other spot in the grand final.
