Teenager Hannah McGowan has graduated from juniors and 17 and under player Maddie Drake will see senior opportunities.
The midcourters/goalies both got a taste of A grade netball in 2019.
The Cats, which finished bottom of the ladder in 2019, have a good mix of youth and experience with the likes of both Georgia Martins (same name) playing again.
The Cats coach said Roche had recently moved back from Melbourne.
"She's done a bit of coaching in Melbourne. She'll be good for the couple of juniors as well," Foster said.
The experienced mentor said bridging the gap between junior and senior netball had been a focus for the club.
"We're very big on getting the juniors to train with us and to try and filter them through (senior netball) at some point," she said.
Foster said in the past she had noticed it had been a big jump for youngsters when given a chance at seniors.
Like the Cats' footballers, the netballers will face Geelong and District league team Belmont Lions on March 13 at Allansford.
They'll also take on South West District league outfit Westerns on March 27.
"They're all really excited and we've had good numbers at training," Foster said of her group.
The Cats are training twice a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Allansford faces Kolora-Noorat in round one at home on April 10.
It then has Nirranda in round two and and South Rovers in round three.
