Defender Nick Bourke, midfielder Brad Johnson and defender Paddy Moloney have signed with the Warrnambool and District league club.
"We're rapt, they're three one-point players and all multiple premiership players," Walsh said.
"We pride ourselves on being a club that welcomes back home-grown players and has that strong sense of community."
Bourke, who won the Power's 2019 best and fairest, signed for Geelong Football League powerhouse Leopold for 2020.

Walsh said family ties had drawn him back to the black, white and teal.
The Power mentor said Johnson decided to take 2020 off after a grueling 2019 campaign.
"The year off has probably re-energised him," Walsh said. "He was pretty banged up by the end of 2019.
"He's super excited to come back and have another season."
Moloney is hoping to get back on the field after suffering a knee injury in the 2018 preliminary final.
Walsh said the injury threatened Moloney's career and the defender was told he may never play again.
Walsh said the key backman's two years of rehabilitation had included a knee reconstruction.
"He's keen to get back out there hopefully at some point next year," he said.

"He's back running and training and is really excited."
Walsh said the Power had otherwise retained the list it had ready for 2020.
