Portland District Health chief executive officer Chris Giles said there has been no new cases of COVID-19 diagnosed since August 14 and all the cases in the second cluster had now recovered.
"Therefore there are now no active cases in the Glenelg shire," Ms Giles said.
The Department of Health and Human Services late Monday released its daily update for regional Victoria and listed two active cases in the shire, but Ms Giles said they had now been cleared and that would be reflected in the numbers in "due course".
"We are seeing less presentations to our drive through testing clinic at present," she said.
"This is likely because people area well but I would like to remind everyone of you, if you do develop even the mildest symptoms give us a call and come and get tested.
"Early detection helps us to support positive cases into isolation and stop COVID-19 spreading in our community."
Ms Giles thanked everyone from the Portland District Health team for doing a great job containing and stopping the spread of the two recent outbreaks.
"We have proven working together we can control this pandemic and get to the other side," she said.
