Active cases in Glenelg Shire have dropped by three, bringing active cases to 12 and total ever cases to 23.
Colac has two less active cases, with the number now sitting at 85 and total ever cases at 108.
There are 82 cases linked to Australian Lamb Colac.
There are 180 active cases in Greater Geelong, a jump from yesterday's 168.
There are 54 active cases in Greater Bendigo, 20 in Ballarat, six in Surf Coast Shire, four in Horsham, 11 in Moorabool and one in Moyne.
There remains no active cases in Warrnambool, Corangamite and Southern Grampians Shire.
Victoria records 331 new coronavirus cases, 19 deaths
Earlier, 12pm: There were 331 new cases of coronavirus detected in Victoria in the last 24 hours. Sadly, 19 deaths were reported.
It marks nearly 40 deaths in 48 hours in the state.
Deaths include a woman in her 50s, with 14 of the 19 linked to aged care outbreaks.
There are 650 Victorians in hospital, with 47 receiving intensive care.
Premier Daniel Andrews said there were 100 more mystery cases without a known source.
A total of 1.85 million test results have been received, an increase of 34,090 on yesterday.
There are just under 520 regional cases, which the Premier said was "a small increase but nothing like the increases we've seen in metropolitan Melbourne."
He said eligible businesses can now apply for a 'second wave' grant of $5000.
In Victoria at the current time:
- 2903 cases may indicate community transmission
- 7880 cases are currently active in Victoria
- 650 cases of coronavirus are in hospital, including 43 in intensive care
- 6889 people have recovered from the virus
- More than 1,854,688 tests have been processed - an increase of approximately 34,090 since yesterday
Of the total cases:
- 13,990 cases are from metropolitan Melbourne, while 932 are from regional Victoria
- Total cases include 7395 men and 7800 women
- Total number of healthcare workers:1885, active cases: 1097
- There are 1838 active cases relating to aged care facilities
