AFLWD operations manager Matt Ross confirmed Hampden, Warrnambool and District, South West, Mininera and District and Western Victoria Female league representatives, along with Warrnambool and District and Western District umpire association officials, would join a video call to dissect the state of play amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is part of a regular chat up between leaders.
Ross said this meeting would hone in on a plan - if more information from AFL Victoria was relayed by then.
The Hampden league also has a meeting on Wednesday night.
The state government on Monday announced an easing of social distancing restrictions which would enable outdoor sports teams to train in groups of 10 from Wednesday.
But AFL Victoria asked clubs to hold off on organised training until it handed down its recommendations.
Football and netball in south-west Victoria was put on hold in March, before a game was played, until May 31 at the earliest as the world reacted to the coronavirus.
Restrictions to combat the spread mean crowds are unlikely to be permitted into country games this season.
Clubs have expressed concerns about playing without gate takings and canteen sales, saying it would be a financial hit.
