Inspired by a Warrnambool and District league club, Koroit's netballers have set themselves exercise challenges to stay fit while their season is postponed.
The Saints players are completing an exercise circuit at home just like Panmure's netballers and fans did last week.
They just need to let the group know each time they complete a round of 20 burpees, tricep dips, push-ups, lunges and squats.

Saints open grade coach Stacey O'Sullivan has divided her squad into two groups for a competition to complete the most combined repetitions. Each team has a mix of youth and experience.
Both sides have a Facebook messenger group to report back to when they have finished a round.
O'Sullivan said there was also something to play for in the fun competition.
"At the end of the week, the losing tame has to do a penalty," she said.
The penalty being that each member of the losing team has to film themselves pouring a bucket of water over their head.
O'Sullivan, the 2019 Hampden league open premiership mentor, said it was important players stay active during the pandemic restrictions.
"I think people want to stay fit anyway," she said.

The Saints mentor added it was great for players to still have a competition to be part of.
She said the fitness challenge wouldn't be a one-off and she was thinking of more activities for players to get involved in from home.
O'Sullivan said one of her new recruits was a yoga instructor and they may have online yoga classes.
Panmure's netballers and supporters banded together to complete just under 70,000 individual exercises last week.
That includes 13,880 burpees, 13,880 lunges, 13,880 squats, 13,880 push-ups and 13,880 tricep dips.
Panmure A grade coach Josie Ellerton was thrilled to share the idea with O'Sullivan.
They used to play netball at Terang Mortlake together.
Ellerton's sister, Maree, is also Koroit's netball coordinator.
Panmure's footballers have also created their own physical challenges since the pandemic restrictions kicked in.
Both HFNL and WDFNL group training and matches have been postponed until at least May 31.
