"Often a big thing that helps mental health is doing regular exercise, especially during these stressful times," she said.
"It's important to get outside as well, while we still can, while maintaining social distancing."
On the back of Nadaraj's suggestion the WTC, on Sunday, launched its 20km Wangoom virtual bike riding time trial.
The ride is on the Wangoom Training Circuit and participants must have entered one of the WTC events in the 2019/20 season to qualify for prizes.

There's a $50 voucher each for the male and female winners.
The vouchers can be from any local business still operating.
Riders, under current pandemic restrictions, can only ride solo or with one other member of their household.
They must maintain a 1.5-metre distance at all times.
Competitors have until 4pm Sunday April 19 to submit their time to the club.
They can complete the course as many times as they wish and submit their fastest time.
Nadaraj said she was inspired by Warrnambool Athletics Club's virtual run time trial held during the past week.
"That sparked the idea," she said.
"I thought that's awesome."
Nadaraj, who rides her new road bike every second day, said it was good to have something to aim for.
She had already been riding that Wangoom course, trying to beat her own time.
