Club manager Craig Monigatti said the meeting would proceed with precautions in place amid the coronavirus outbreak.
"We're still racing but we're closed to the public," he said.
"We're essentially officials only. We're still on TV for people if that's something they're in to."
Monigatti said the club had cancelled its bingo sessions on Thursday afternoons and "every other function we have booked for the next month-and-a-half".

He expects racing to continue - the club usually hosts a meeting once a week - for the time being.
But Monigatti admitted it was an ever-changing environment.
"It's a decision that greyhound clubs in Victoria in consultation with Greyhound Racing Victoria will make," he said.
"We're having dialogue everyday at 10.30am. We're deciding on a daily basis where things are at because things are changing so fast."
