Garvoc-raised Maria Moloney, who first played alongside her twin Damian at Panmure as a junior, was picked in Brisbane's round one team.
She will run out against Adelaide at Queensland's Hickey Park on Saturday afternoon.

Moloney, who is in the Australian Airforce, moved north in 2016.
She was drafted to the Lions via pick 75 in last year's draft after impressing in a winter series.
The Emmanuel College graduate, who is one of 11 siblings, will start on the interchange bench.
Brisbane has picked eight debutants for its season-opener with Cathy Svarc, Greta Bodey, Dakota Davidson, Irish recruit Orla O'Dwyer, Lily Postlethwaite and Belle Dawes to join Moloney in the Lions' side.
Brisbane coach Craig Starcevich said the new group added a new dynamic.
"It's a different looking forward set-up from what we've had in previous years at the Lions but it's built around that speed and athleticism we've injected into the group," he said.
"It's a bit of an unknown but we think with the staff and the experienced players we'll have around them on game day we should be able to keep that to a minimum."
