Warrnambool Gold claimed the under 17 shield on points after its match against Warrnambool Blue was rained out at Reid Oval on Friday.
The Warrnambool Blue under 15 side defeated Horsham in Horsham to be crowned champions.
Gold, which finished on top of pool one, won by five runs based on the point system.

Gold under 17 captain and West Warrnambool player Fletcher Cozens was awarded the best player in pool one. He said team success was his priority.
"It feels better to win with your teammates, I don't really care about individual performances," he said.
The youngster was proud of his group. "I knew if we played our best, on our day, we could beat anyone."
Teammate Joe Nyikos rated it one of the best country weeks he has been part of.
"It's probably my best personally and probably the best one as a team I reckon, everybody gelled really well together and everybody had fun every day which is the main thing," he said.
Coach Alastair Templeton said he had a "great group of lads".
"My job was pretty easy, they got on really well and they did all those things like back each other up and support each other when things were going well and when they weren't going well," he said.
Portland took out pool two based on points because of the inclement weather.
Captain Lachie Warburton, who was named best player in pool two, said his side had plenty of contributors.
"I think it's the first time Portland has had a bit of success in a while so it's good to see," the 16-year-old said.
Coach Troy Warburton was thrilled with his team's work rate.
"They had a really good approach to running between the wickets and fielding," he said.
"It's probably been a weakness of our association in junior sides in the past, so we put a big focus on that."
Warrnambool Blue under 15 side rolled Horsham for 122 with Allansford's Harry Schrama claiming 4-19 and Brierly's Tom Powell 3-23.
Merrivale's Flynn Wilkinson (35) and Nestles Aidan Forsyth (29) contributed well to the run chase.
Co-coach Ben Powell said his side bowled full and straight in the decider.
Wilkinson was awarded joint player of the week after scores of 27, 66, 47, 44 and 35.
Powell said Schrama was the pick of the bowlers for the week, finishing with 12 wickets.
He added the team had eight bottom-aged players.
