Tournament director Jake Dunn said there would be no play until about 3pm.
All play ceased at 11am.
It's an Australian Money Tournament (semi-professional) as well as a Tennis Australia Junior Tour Tournament.
Earlier this morning, junior matches were suspended.
"We've gone over (the heat policy trigger) temperature for the juniors so we've suspended play for all the junior matches," tournament referee Phillip Goodman told The Standard.
"And they will be coming back this afternoon probably around three o'clock when we expect the temperature may start to drop.
"We'll update through the day on our website to let them know what's happening."

Goodman explained the event's heat policy.
"The juniors will play up until 36 degrees, at which point they finish the game that is currently in progress," he said.
"And we don't go back until it goes under 36 (degrees).
"The adults are in a similar boat except they use 38 degrees as their trigger temperature."
Junior matches were stopped at about 10.15am.
Goodman said was some room for discussion with adult players before their matches would be stopped.
"Largely we're worried about the players safety so we are less flexible with juniors," he said.
"The adults, we do talk with them, but we don't want them to be silly and make themselves sick."
Goodman said some matches had been shortened today in anticipation of the sweltering conditions.
"For the junior main-draw matches, we're playing two sets and a match tie-break if they get to one-set all," he said.
Player are being asked to look at the tournaments.tennis.com.au for updates.
They need to search for the 2019 PMH Warrnambool Grasscourt JT & AMT.
