Matt Billington and Georgia Page, both born and raised in Warrnambool, were the male and female to complete the most laps in Warrnambool Tri Club's aquathon criterion on Friday evening.
They are both originally from Warrnambool with Billington now on the Sunshine Coast while Page lives at the Central Coast in New South Wales.
The event at Warrrnambool breakwater involved a one-kilometre run and 150-metre swim, repeated for one hour.

Billington finished with nine laps and so did the winning team Heavy Hitters which was made up of Luke Taylor and Travis Greening.
Billington said he took a simple approach to the event.
"To be honest, I just keep running and swimming as hard as I can until they blow the horn," the 29-year-old said.
The former Warrnambool College student used to play cricket for Wesley CBC and footy for Warrnambool in the Hampden league.
He decided to take up triathlon when he moved up to the Sunshine Coast.
Mark Gavin was the male with second most laps, while AFL umpire Shaun Ryan returned home to have the third most.
Page said she didn't expect to be the female with the most laps - 7.
"It was great, I found out through a friend it was on," she said. "I like to run and I like to swim so I kept going for an hour."
Page works as a general practitioner and returns to visit her family in Warrnambool in summer.
Rebecca Howell was the female with second-highest number of laps while youngster Isla Brandham had the third most.
Wilson Athletic - Darren Smith and Ash Ansell - was the team with the second most laps while Ben Ontronen and Ilana Jorgensen finished with the third-highest tally. It was the biggest turnout for the event in years.
