VETERAN trainer Norm McCullagh is quietly confident his superstar sprinter can add more silverware to her coffers on Saturday night.

But it comes with a condition - the two-year-old must start well.
McCullagh said Crimson Vixen, third favourite with bookmakers in the Ballarat Cup, was a steady chance.
"She's going pretty well at the moment but it's a very, very hard race," he said.

McCullagh said Crimson Vixen, owned by a Timboon-based syndicate, would be at least "competitive".

He said the fawn bitch was her owner's first greyhound.
"A lot of them are tied up with the footy club," McCullagh said.
"They've had a bit of fun with her and we'll be hoping she can get over the line again here."
McCullagh said the chaser, who boasts 14 victories from 23 starts, liked the Ballarat track.
"She won the Lil Dickie Oaks and beat a lot of good dogs (in February)," he said.
