The Roosters will be without last week's hero David Altmann who took 6-44 in the win against Yambuk.
Altmann, who found himself on two hat-tricks last week, is unavailable due to work.
But Wangoom captain-coach Lachie Morrison said opening paceman James Reid and all-rounder Bruce Alexander would return to the side for the division one encounter.
Morrison is looking forward to taking on the top team.
"It's going to be a great test for us," he said.
"Obviously Panmure is always a pretty strong side.
"Especially with them knocking off Grassmere the way they did."

The Bulldogs kept the Meerkats to just 46 runs last week.
Morrison said part of his team's strategy was to contain Panmure's batsmen.
"Most of their batsmen are pretty attacking, you really need to hit those lines and lengths," he said.
The Bulldogs will have to watch out for Wangoom's prolific run-scorer, Chamika Fernando, who has threatened with the bat all season.
Fernando has scored 58, 53 and 41 in the past three weeks.
"I've felt it for last couple of weeks that he's due for a really big score," Morrison said.
The skipper said Fernando had switched from first drop to opening batsman in recent weeks.
"He definitely likes the new ball," he said.
