Hannah, 12, lined up alongside her dad for Russells Creek in division three on Saturday and quickly adapted to the level, sending a West Warrnambool opponent packing with her first ball.
The Our Lady Help of Christians Primary School student finished with the tidy figures of 1-13 off two overs and not out on one with Eddie unbeaten on 67 at the other end of the crease. Eddie, who also took five wickets in the loss, said it was a memorable moment for their family.
"We were a bit short on numbers and I rang up my partner Cath and said 'can you send Hannah down to play?' and Hannah jumped at the chance to play," he said.
"To actually play a game together was something quite special. I probably didn't think it would happen so soon seeing as she's only 12 but I thought it would happen one day.
"An opportunity came so we took it."

Hannah justified her selection, helping dismiss West Warrnambool opener Joe Douglas for 65.
"I bowled pace and 'Plugger' (Anthony Rook) the wicket keeper caught it from behind," she said.
The all-rounder believes her dad got emotional, saying he was "close to" crying.
Eddie celebrated like a proud father.
"The fella was on 65, he was the opening batsman so it was a good, handy wicket," he said.
"I was pretty excited. They (the club) put on Facebook that I was the most excited they've ever seen me.
"That was one of the comments 'I bet you Ed cried'."
The pair also enjoyed time at the crease together.
"I got in trouble for not running," Eddie joked.
"I hit a boundary and went 'no, wait'."
Hannah quickly retorted "it didn't even hit the boundary line".
Hannah, who bowls pace, said she enjoyed her first foray into senior cricket.
Her younger sisters, Sophie, 8, and Pippa, 7, are following in her footsteps.
One day - body willing - Eddie hopes to play a game with all three of his daughters.
