Terang's Dick Wearmouth and Ian Blackburn, Port Fairy's George Swarbrick and Koroit's Brian Collins will be inducted into the HFNL's Hall of Fame on Wednesday, August 28.
The quartet joins 20 icons - three of those legends - the league's prestigious group.
Dick Wearmouth - Terang

- Recruited from Rupanyup to the Victorian Football League in Melbourne by Footscray
- 1944, aged 17, won the VFL reserves best and fairest - Gardiner Medal - and played two senior games
- Missed football for season 1945 due to his commitments with the Royal Australian Airforce during World War II
- Player 100 senior games for Footscray in the VFL between 1944 and 1952
- Kicked 27 goals throughout his VFL career
- Represented Victoria in 1951
- In 1951 he polled the second highest amount of Brownlow votes for Footscray, 12th overall
- Extremely accurate disposal meant he never wasted a kick
- At the end of 1952, aged just 26, accepted the coaching role at Terang Football Club
- He received 15 pounds a week at Terang, compared to the three pounds a week he was receiving at Footscray
