Stevens was named in Victoria's best as it overcame South Australia 8.7 (55) to 4.6 (30) in the School Sport Australia under 15 grand final in Tasmania.
The key defender also played for Victoria's successful under 12 championship-winning team in 2017.
"It's pretty awesome (to win two titles)," Stevens said.
"This one is especially good because the competition was a little bit tougher I thought.
"It was an awesome experience with the lead-up coming in to it and the game was full-on from the start.

"There was a lot of niggling and in the second half, playing in the back line, the ball came in quickly but it was a good experience and a tough challenge."
Stevens played at centre half-back and was pleased with his efforts.
"I was intercept marking and trying to use my foot skills," he said.
"I was happy enough (especially with) my consistency. You've got to try and play well and do everything right the whole game.
"If you have lapses during the game or week, you not only let yourself down but you let your teammates down too."
The Emmanuel College year eight student, who is still eligible for Hampden under 14s, will return for South Warrnambool's under 16 second semi-final on Sunday.
