The Saints jumped six points clear in second after defeating third-placed North Warrnambool Eagles 53-30.
While Koroit's defence of Emily Batt, Kasey Owen and Zahli Adams shut down a multitude of the Eagles' forward thrusts, it was a collective effort that pleased their coach.
"I'd have to say that was the best overall game of everyone's," O'Sullivan said.
"Everyone beat their player and that was what I was happy with. Nell (Mitchell) shot beautifully, our passing to her was much better today."

The next challenge for O'Sullivan's Saints is keeping the foot down heading into the final weeks of the season, which includes games against Cobden, Port Fairy and Terang Mortlake.
"If we can take that form into next week's game it would be good," she said.
"(Our improvement lies with) steadiness as our first quarter wasn't steady and we were rushing it a little bit trying to play their game but then we really controlled the next three quarters and played our game.
"We just need to stop rushing it as it works when we play that steady game."
The Eagles were forced to adapt without star shooter Skye Billings, who was away on holiday in Bali. The on-court leader is expected to return for next week's match against Port Fairy.
"We knew she was going to be away and she needed a break and I think that's good for us as it gives everyone else an opportunity to see what they need to do without a big leader in the side," coach Jaime Barr said.
"We tried lots of different combinations and threw people around and we knew at half-time that maybe was what we needed to do and looked at what we could do."
Following the Seagulls match, the Eagles face Hamilton Kangaroos before a final round date with South Warrnambool.
