Warrnambool Seahawks have received a big boost with star Alex Gynes to return for this weekend's away double-header.

Gynes, who returns from a foot injury, has missed two games.
Coach Tim Gainey knows how important this weekend's double-header is to his Seahawks.
Gainey's sixth-placed team faces 12th placed Melbourne University Black Angels and 10th placed Coburg Giants.
The Seahawks have beaten three teams above them but it's sides below them causing the most trouble.
They have lost five games to lower-placed outfits.
Gainey said consistency was key to overcoming their sporadic performances.
"I think we're playing really good in patches but there's always a few possessions where we drop our aggressiveness at the moment," he said.
"I think we need to play at 110 per cent all game."
Injury has hit the Seahawks hard.
The experienced Josh Dean (hamstring), Ollie Bidmade (ankle) and James Mitchell (knee) are all still a couple of weeks away from returning.
These injuries have allowed other players to develop.
Adam Lawson, Liam Osborne, Matt Rea and Michael Barnes have seen more minutes this season.
Warrnambool Mermaids are in the middle of a tough month of basketball.
The Louise Brown-coached team faces fourth-placed Keilor Thunder on Sunday afternoon at Keilor Basketball Stadium.
The Mermaids lost to top-of-the-table Werribee Devils last week and Brown noticed one area her team could improve.
"When we got to quarter-time, we'd only taken two less shots than them," she said.
But the Mermaids had only put point five points on the scoreboard.
Brown said shooting was this week's focus.
"We've been doing heaps of shooting at training," she said.
"Hopefully we can try and lift those percentages."
Brown is hoping to get injured players, Amy Wormald and Jae Leddin (calf), back in the next fortnight.
The Mermaids won't have Abbey Sutherland after next week.
