Russells Creek coach Peter Timms rates Matthew Petherick's mark against South Rovers in round nine as one of the best he's seen in his 35 years in football.

Petherick or 'Pepsi' was up to his usual tricks again on Saturday.
He took a specky on the back of famous Nirranda full-forward Gary Robinson, known as The Big Show.
Petherick said it was unusual that he found himself on the last line of defence.
"It was in the back line and the opportunity arose when the ball landed short and I leapt early and got a bit of a ride," he said.
The Big Show hanger is just the latest of Petherick's spectacular marks.
There are whispers he also took a few against Old Collegians in round seven.
So what's the secret to Petherick's success in the air?
"Leap early, if you go early and get a ride then the ball sits in the right spot," he said.
"But you can also look pretty silly if you go early and miss it."
Timms is thrilled with his off-season recruit.
"He's certainly pleasing the crowd, that's for sure," he said.
"He's getting his three or four goals off the wing as well which is fantastic."
Timms said he had given Petherick a license to roam free from a wing.
"He's really athletic and we knew he could do it so we've let him off the chain a little bit," he said.
"As long as he is working hard when we haven't got the ball, he can go anywhere he wants because he's very damaging when he goes forward and quick enough to get back the other way."
Timms said it was important to give Petherick freedom on the field.
"We told all the players we were signing up (during off-season) what we required from them," he said.
"One of his roles was to be damaging.
"For him to do that, you have to let him off the chain.
"You can't make him be too defensive because then he is not playing his natural game."
