Camperdown's Hamish Sinnott, Warrnambool's Angus Bade, Hamilton Kangaroos' Jacob Hill and Penshurst's Josh Rentsch were picked in the 50-player trial squad.
Sinnott, Bade, Hill will represent the Hampden league and Rentsch the Mininera and District competition.
The team will be whittled down for the AFL under 16 national championships on the Gold Coast in July.

They joined Greater Western Victoria Rebels teammates Charlie Molan (Mount Clear), Ben Hobbs (Horsham), Josh Gibcus (East Ballarat), Blake Scott (Skipton), Sam Breuer (Horsham Saints), Kai Lohmann (Lake Wendouree) and Sam Butler (Lake Wendouree) in the extended Vic Country squad.
They will play an internal selection trial at Windy Hill on Sunday.
It will be a curtain-raiser to the Rebels' NAB League match against Northern Territory.
