Barry Webster won the Neville McNeil Memorial Race, while club president Barry Warren took out the Mick Kenneally Rider of the Year award.
Webster took out the memorial race, beating Jenny Dowie and Clive Coomber to line honours.
“The top three combined really well together,” Warren said.
“They put up a cracking ride to hold off the fast-finishing field and then Barry managed to hold off Jenny and Clive.
“McNeil was a great friend of Barry, so I’m sure he will hold this win in high esteem.”
Warren was proud and surprised he won the rider of the year award.
“I didn’t think I had a chance of winning,” he said.
“I missed five weeks of riding in April and May and didn’t expect to be in contention.
“But I am quite thrilled to win it.”
The veterans cycling club returns on January 4 for a summer series at Wangoom Recreation Reserve to kick off the 2018 season.
