Member for Western Victoria Gayle Tierney will be on hand to officially open the new facilities.
Previously netballers had to get changed in their own cars or public toilets.
Glenelg Shire contributed $140,000 to the project and Portland Football Netball Club fundraising produced $50,000.
The state government also chipped in with a $100,000 female friendly facilities grant. The grants program stemmed from the Victorian inquiry into women and girls in sport and active recreation.
The new facility includes home and opposition change rooms with toilets and showers, an umpire change room, office space, a first aid area, and a storeroom.
Glenelg Shire Council chief executive Greg Burgoyne said the courtside development would benefit women and the wider community.
“Council is proud to support this important development which will further enhance opportunities for women’s participation in sport,” he said.
“This state of the art facility will boost Hanlon Park’s capacity to host large sporting groups, attracting more finals and sporting events to Portland into the future.”
